Dockweiler Youth Center Summer Camps

Dockweiler Youth Center Summer Camps take place at a facility that also hosts Beach Movie Nights, DYC Yoga, and other youth programs throughout the year. Families using the center for these programs have access to a multi-purpose room that can be used as one large room or divided into three sections, as well as a terrace and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

• Price: Summer parking rates for the adjacent Bluff Parking Lot (Saturday before Memorial Day through the last Sunday in September): 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. Weekdays $3, Saturday–Sunday $13, County Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) $13; 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Weekdays $8, Saturday–Sunday $13; 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Weekdays $8, Saturday–Sunday $13; 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. all days $3. Winter parking rates (Monday after the last Sunday in September through the Friday before Memorial Day): 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. Monday–Friday $3, Saturday–Sunday $3, County Holidays (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) $8; 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday–Friday $6, Saturday–Sunday $8; 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. all days $3. Parking meters: $0.25 per 10 minutes, $1 minimum, 90 minute maximum.

Dockweiler Youth Center offers popular youth summer camps, events, and year-round programs, along with free, family-friendly Beach Movie Nights on Fridays at 8 p.m. from June 5 – August 28. The center also offers DYC Yoga on Fridays from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. as free yoga classes where students must bring their own mat, and free Zumba with Cammie presented by the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors (postponed until further notice), with registration required. The Dockweiler Youth Center office is open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., seven days a week, and event reservations can be made no earlier than 90 days and not later than 21 days before the desired date.
